SHIPPING - Since all of my garments are "made to order" please allow 1-7 business days for you order to be processed and then shipped to you. The processing time may be longer during the holiday season so if you need your order by a specific date please email me or put a note in the comments section of your order form as to the day you need your order by. I will do my very best to get your order to you on time, but will email you an approximate date for delivery. You will be notified by email when your order ships so you know when to expect it. For a custom Swarovski rhinestone design that is not shown on my website please allow 1-3 weeks before your order is shipped. Shipping charges are available by just clicking on the button in the left colum labeled "Shipping Charges". I ship all orders USPS Priority or Express Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping rates are added to your order at the time you complete checkout. If you would like your order shipped USPS Express Mail please check that option when ordering. There is an extra charge of $20 to ship Express Mail. Please note on your order form what day you would like to receive your order when using Express Mail service. 2. SALES TAX - Sales tax of 8.6% will ONLY be added to orders shipped to Washington state addresses. All other orders are shipped sales tax free. 3. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS - All of my designs are made with only genuine Swarovski Crystal rhinestones. They are attached with a professional heat press and will not come off when you follow the washing instructions included with every order. To keep your beautiful garments looking their best I recommend turning them inside out and wash on the gentle cycle with cool or warm water or hand wash and air fluff or lay flat to dry. 4. GUARANTEE AND RETURNS - I guarantee all merchandise to be free from defects and in perfect condition. All items are made to your specifications and are therefore considered "custom made" and are NOT RETURNABLE. If I make a mistake on size, style or color please email me within 5 days of receipt and I will give you a return authorization number to exchange the item at my expense. Please email me at my customer service department if you are unsure of what size, style and color to order and I will be happy to help. All Swarovski crystals are guaranteed not to come off, but if for some reason a crystal falls off your garment just mail the garment to me and I will happily replace the missing crystal(s) and send your item back to you.
